আজিৰ পষ্টটোত Past Tense (অতীত কাল)ৰ বিষয়ে কম অৰ্থাৎ হাইস্কুল শিক্ষান্ত পৰীক্ষাৰ পৰা ধৰি বিভিন্ন পৰীক্ষামুলক পৰীক্ষা Tense ৰ লগত সম্পৰ্কীয় প্ৰশ্ন দেখিবলৈ পোৱা যায় ।

Tense মুঠ তিনি প্ৰকাৰ:-

(a)Present Tense

(b)Past Tense

(c)Future Tense

আজিৰ এই পষ্টটোত Past Tense বিষয়ে আলোচনা কৰিম আৰু লগতে Past Tense ৰ Correct Tense কৰিব পৰাকৈ সহজ টিপছ আলোচনা কৰিম ,কোনো বাক্য আমি কেনেকৈ চিনি পাম Past Tense  ৰ কোনটো ভাগত আছে ।

Past Tense:- অতীতত হৈ যোৱা যিকোনো কাম বুজাবলৈ ব্যৱহাৰ কাল বা সময়ক অতীত কাল বা Past Tense  বোলে ।Past Tense সাধাৰণতে  চাৰিটা ভাগ

1.Past Indefinite Tense:-

অতীতত সাধাৰনতে হৈ যোৱা ঘটনা বা কাম বুজালে Past Indefinite Tense  হয়।

Past Indefinite Tense ৰ সুত্ৰ

Subject +Verb(V2/Past Tense)+Object

 

Past Indefinite Tense ৰ  Conjugation কৰাৰ সহজ নিয়ম

প্ৰতিটো subject ৰ লগতেই verb টোত Past tense /v2  ৰূপটো বহে।উদাহৰণস্বৰূপে তলত conjugation তালিকাটো দিয়া হ'লPast Indefinite Tense ৰ  Conjugation কৰাৰ সহজ নিয়ম

Tips:- যদিয়ে কোনো বাক্যত  Yesterday,Last Day,Previous day,etc শব্দকেইটা থাকিলে Past Indefinite tense হয়।

example:- Yesterday I went to market.ইয়াত yesterday আৰু verb টো V2 থকাৰ বাবে বাক্যটো Past Indefinite Tense ।

CORRECT TENSE:-

উদাহৰনস্বৰূপে তলত কেইটামান Correct tense দিয়া ।

(a)He(meet)me last sunday

Ans:- He met me last sunday.

(b)Yesterday Hima Day(went)to mising olympic.

Ans:-Yesterday Hima Das went to Mising Olympic.

2.Past Continuouse Tense:- 

অতীতৰ যিকোনো কাম অতীতত একেৰাহে চলি থকা বুজালে বা দেখুৱালে Past Continuous Tense হয়।

Past Continuouse Tense ৰ গঠন

Subject+Was/Were+Verb(ing)+Object.

Conjugation কৰাৰ নিয়ম

অৰ্থাৎ কোনটো Subject ৰ লগত কি কি Auxillary Verb বহিব তাৰেই কিছু নিয়ম,

(i)First Persong Singular Number I ৰ লগত was হব আৰু Plural Number ৰ subject  ,We ত ' were' auxillary verb বহিব আৰু verb ত ing  যোগ হব।

eg.. I was going

       We were going.

(ii) Second Person ত both singular  আৰু Plural Number ৰ ত You ৰ লগত were হব । যেনে:-You were singing

(iii)Third Person Singular Number   ৰ subject ত He/She/it/Zubeen আদিত was বহিব আৰু Plural Person Subject  They ত were বহিব আৰু Verb ত ing যোগ হব।

Important :-যদিয়ে বাক্য When ৰে আৰম্ভ হয় মাজতো থাকে অথবা  while ,then আদি থাকিলে Past Continuouse Tense  হয় ।

e.g When I went he was Coming.

 

Past Indefinite tense আৰু Past Continuouse tense ৰ লগত সম্পৰ্ক

যদিয়ে প্ৰথমটো বাক্য Past Indefinite tense হয় আৰু when /while দুয়োটা থাকি ইয়াৰ পিছৰটো বাক্য Past Continuoise Tense হৈ পৰে ।

অথবা প্ৰথমটো বাক্য Past Continuoise tense হলেওঁ while /when ৰ পিছত থকা বাক্যটো Past Indefinite tense  হব।

e.g.(a) I  saw him when He was playing ludo ইয়াত প্ৰথমটো বাক্য Past Indefinite tense আৰু পিছৰটো Past Continuouse Tense  হয়।

(b)Lovleena Borgohain was playing boxing when Hima Das played Badminton.ইয়াত when ৰ আগত থকা বাক্যটো Past Continuouse tense আৰু পিছৰটো Past indefinite tense.

(3).Past Perfact tense

 অতীতত কোনো এটা ঘটনা নিমিষতে হৈ যোৱা সময়ক Past Perfact Tense বোলে।

ইয়াৰ গঠন/Formation

Subject+Had+Verb(V3/Past Participle )+Object.

নিয়ম:-প্ৰতিটো subject ৰ লগতেই had  হব আৰু verb টো Past Parciple/V3 হব।

Tips :- যদিয়ে বাক্যত Ago,Before আৰু Afte আদি শব্দ তিনিটা থাকিলে Past Perfact Tense হয় । আৰু এই শব্দ তিনিটা থাকিলে  Past Indefinite tense ৰ লগত related  হয়।

e.g I went to school before he had come here.

ইয়াত I went to school টো Past Indefinite tense আৰু beforebhe had come টো হৈছে Past Perfact tense হয় ।

4.Past Perfact Continuous Tense:-

অতীতৰ কোনো এটা সময়ৰ পৰা আৰম্ভ হৈ গৈ অতীতৰ কোনো এটা সময় শেষ হোৱা বুজালে Past Perfact Tense হয়।উদাহৰণস্বৰূপে:- প্ৰয়াত তথা প্ৰাক্তন মুখ্যমন্ত্ৰী তৰুন গগৈ 2001 চনৰ পৰা 2018 চনলৈকে  অসমৰ মুখ্যমন্ত্ৰী হৈছিল।

Formation

Subject+had+been+Verb(ing)+Object.

নিয়ম:-

প্ৰতিটো subject ৰ লগতে had been হব আৰু verb ত ing বহিব।
