Pollenwall

Pollen wall structure

The wall  of the mature pollen grains is stratified .It comprises two principal layer the inner layer is called intine and outer layer is called exine.

Intine :-    The intine is pecto-cellulosic is nature as it primary wall of somatic cells .The cellulose is component ius micreofibrillar  with the microfibrills oriented in a plane parallel to the surface . A special featiures of the intine is the presence of beads ribbons or plates of enzymatics proteins ,particularly in the victinity of the germ-pores.

Exine :-  The exine is composed chiefly of a class of material called sporopollens .It is derived from catenoids by oxidative polymerization .DSporopolleins is resistense to physical and biological decomposition .Because of this  property the pollen grains  walls poften preserved for long periods in fossildeposits. The Pollen walls also fulfils the importants protective function during the hazards journey of pollen from another to the stigma.

Palynology and Scope

Majuli

Palynology  and scope ,Williams (1944) used the term palynology  for the study extend  features of matures pollen grains. Palynology term has been derived from polynin  meaning  to scatter since pollen grains and spores are often study .

(i)Palynology and evolutionary studies.

(ii)Aerobiology and allergy study ,Which invoves geographic distribties and seasonal production of pollen grains  and its impact  on suspective individual  causing pollinnosis.

(iii)Meliscopalynology that deals with the study of pollen and spore found in honey.

Scope of Palynology

In  general  pallynology  can be sub-divided  into broths caterogenosis which may be further division as below:-

(i)Pollen  and spore morphology.

(ii)Purificial assept applied pallynology.

(iii)Pallyynology taxonomic  thew study of pollen morphology which fines grades  use oplantt taxonomixt

(iv)Geo on pallynology the  study of fossil  pollen grains on spores.

(v)Pharmacology the study odf everything conduct pollen grains found in honey.

(vi)Forensic  Pallynology study of  pollen grain its as used of criminology.

Tapan Payeng, who loves to write, Tapan Payeng, along with Monturam Taid, published a magazine titled "Sahityar Deuka", a magazine linked to Assamese, English and Mising languages, the first quarterly e-magazine of Mising and Assam. Tapan's name is "Karsang Takar" is used in various magazines such as Doksiri, Ramdhenu, etc. Apart from this, it has also been published in newspapers, Dainandin Barta, Dainik Assam, Assam Aditya. His first publication was a poem, story and essay in the first Assamese daily E magazine. Among the articles published in newspapers are social pollution of the environment, women's poverty, Article-15, the place of women in Indian society, etc. He is also a member of the "Anu Mising Lutad" of the Mising language news crow and the foundar of "notun tathya asomiya".
